Family Dream House with Paradise back yard! This great house has an extremely convenient location with the perks of the city complimented with the quiet and coziness of the suburbs. Got Kids? Folkstone Elementry school is right in our backyard view along with a middle school (Earnscliffe Secondary school) and George Vanier Catholic school 10 minute walk from the home. Got Teens? Two highschools are only 25 minute walks from the residence (Bramalea secondary school and St. Aquinas Secondary School. BONUS: the public schools listed all include the only french emersion programs in Brampton as well as an arts program in Earnscliffe and St. Thomas Aquinas. This residence is also a 5 minute drive from Bramalea City Center Mall as well as a Wal mart superstore down the road on queen street.

Many upgrades have been added to this home such as window replacements with shutters, hardwood flooring in living room and dining room, ceramic tiles in kitchen, hallways and washrooms (which everything is newly renovated) , laminate in upstairs bedrooms and in finished basement.
