PROPERTY in MUSKOKA THIS IS A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!, ALL IT NEEDS IS YOU TOO POLISH IT Over 150 acres, with 2000 ft of frontage on small semi private lake. Property is zoned as a hunt camp, There is a 70' x 14' ft, 2 bedroom mobile home on the property with large Muskoka room on front, with inground septic system and a solar system ( installed about 5 years ago), with propane generator backup. Propane costs around $1500. per year if living year round. Year round road access, road is privately plowed, costs around $800. a year. Just had $2000. worth of gravel put on our private 2000ft driveway last year.  Very private and quiet place. Most of the time nearest neighbor is over 2000ft away There are 4 owners on the lake, 1 permanent (us), 2 are seasonal, one almost never seen. No gas motors allowed on lake, by agreement with all owners . Great fishing here and at other nearby lakes and rivers. Large area cleared where trailer is, extra large garden area. Great spot for family get togethers that looks out over the lake. Good place for children and pets no other people or vehicles to worry about.  Our property is close to beautiful Fawn lake and Bonnie Lake. And only 15 minutes to Bracebridge and 30 minutes to Huntsville. LOTS OF ROOM FOR ATV'S AND SNOWMOBILES RIDES Unlimited parking. We have to move into town because of health reasons otherwise we would not be selling, I can't describe how beautiful and peaceful it is here.
