             Catering Business/Bed and Breakfast/Family Residence  

     Casablanca Bed and Breakfast is a unique 3800 Sq. Ft. home with 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths on a 1/2 acre lot minutes from downtown Kingston.  Casablanca B & B offers all the best of country living, including mature trees, perennial garden and charming courtyard, with a city conveniences just minutes away.

      Family Quaters:

        Living space of approximately 1900 sq. ft. includes 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, living and dining room, large family mudroom/laundry area, small kitchen and breakfast nook.  Family quarters have private entrance and are private from B & B and Catering areas.

      Bed and Breakfast

        The B & B has 3 private guestrooms each with private bath, separate guest entrance and large country kitchen for B & B guests.  The largest guestroom includes an ensuite bath and kitchenette.  B & B guestrooms are comfortably furnished for a turnkey operation.

       Catering Operation

      The catering business has been in operation since June 1999 and has grown with each subsequent season.  The large catering kitchen doubles as a breakfast area for B & B guests.  All catering equipment to be included in the sale, including: convection oven; 72 cubic ft. stainless steel refrigerator; stand up freezer unit; 8 quart mixer; ice-cream maker; robot-coupe; 20 seat harvest pine table and chairs; coolers; cambro units; chaffing dishes and inserts; and much more.
